Hi! It’s Abbey again. The other day, my mom and I made gluten-free bread in the microwave. It only took 85 seconds to make! The one problem was that in the picture, the bread looked like real, normal, white bread. When we made it, it ended up being more yellow. Also, it felt like a sponge, unlike the picture said. Otherwise it was really good! I would definitely make this again if I needed bread fast. It did taste a bit better with butter, though.
This is great for quick bread to take to parties where everyone else gets a roll, or if you ran out of bread and need to make a sandwich to take to school.
